Quotation, Payment and Taxes

  1. 1Pricing and payment terms follow the quotation, contract or financial documents issued by the company and become effective after client confirmation.
  2. 2Clients must pay service fees within the stated payment period. In case of delayed payment, the company may pause work, delivery or ongoing services until payment is completed.
  3. 3Fees may exclude tax, third-party charges, domains, hosting, software, licenses or services not expressly included in the agreed scope.

Client Responsibilities

  1. 1Clients must provide necessary information, content, account access, references and feedback on time so the company can continue work without avoidable delay.
  2. 2Clients confirm that all content, images, trademarks, data and documents provided to the company are properly authorized and do not infringe third-party rights.
  3. 3Clients should review each project stage and provide revision requests within the agreed timeline to avoid impact on delivery schedules.

Intellectual Property

  1. 1Ownership and usage rights of custom deliverables are governed by the contract, quotation or statement of work and may become effective after full payment.
  2. 2The company may retain rights to pre-existing frameworks, libraries, know-how, templates, workflows, components and reusable tools without limiting the client’s agreed rights to use final deliverables.
  3. 3The company may reference the client name, logo or work overview in its portfolio or marketing communication unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may use third-party services such as domains, hosting, cloud, payment gateways, analytics, AI platforms, CDN, APIs or software. Their terms, fees, availability and policies are the direct responsibility of each provider.

The company will provide reasonable guidance and coordination but cannot guarantee continuity or unchanged terms of third-party services.

Confidentiality and Personal Data

The company handles client information and personal data received during service delivery with appropriate care and uses it only as necessary for project execution, service delivery, communication and support.

Collection, use and protection of personal data on this website are governed by the company’s Privacy Policy.

Warranty, Maintenance and Support

Limitation of Liability

The company performs services with professional care. However, it is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or impacts caused by force majeure, misuse or factors beyond the company’s control.

Where liability applies, the company’s total liability will not exceed the service fees paid by the client for the work or service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
